Ingredients
- 1 Cup Chickpea Flour
- 1 TBSP Sesame Seeds, variety of choice
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Kosher or Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1 tsp Coconut Oil, melted
- 3-4 TBSP Water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a bowl, add the dry ingredients, mix, add in the oil and then slowly add the water until you can form a dough ball. Mix and knead with your hands until it’s smooth (you may need to add a bit more water).
- Between two sheets of parchment paper, using a rolling pin, roll out the dough until thin and even.
- Cut the rolled dough with a pizza cutter length & widthwise so each one looks like a little cracker. Carefully pull the parchment paper with the crackers onto a baking sheet, removing the top sheet.
- Bake for about 10-15 minutes, checking to be sure they are golden & crispy.
- Eat alone or with your favorite dip!
