The perfect beverage to end your day
Ingredients
- 3 cups unsweetened, plant based milk
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- ½ Tbsp organic honey, optional
- Pinch of ground black pepper
- Pinch of sea salt
- 2 cinnamon sticks, optional
Serves: 2
Directions
- Add plant based milk, turmeric, ginger, honey, pepper and salt to a small saucepan. Place pan over medium heat and whisk occasionally. Once the mixture reaches a simmer, turn off the heat and remove pan.
- Serve warm in mugs.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick, if you like.
