Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup spinach
- 1 cup mango
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 cup shaved coconut
- 1 Tbsp fresh blueberries
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup coconut water
Serves: 1
Directions
Place spinach, mango, and spices in your blender and add unsweetened almond milk and coconut water – then blend. Garnish with shaved coconut and fresh blueberries on top!
Honestly, this smoothie makes me feel like I am having a special treat … the flavor of mango & spices topped with coconut and berries looks and tastes like bliss! This is my daughter’s favorite!
