My Spinach Berry Salad
Bright & colorful this salad looks as good as it tastes
Ingredients
- One large bowl of spinach
- 1 cup fresh berries (strawberries and blackberries )
- ¼ cup nuts (walnuts or pecans) chopped into pieces
- 1 cup English cucumber sliced in pieces
- 1 avocado cut in small pieces
- ½ cup fresh mozzarella cut in small pieces
- 2 Tbsp of Olive oil, fresh lemon, dash of oregano & basil, black pepper
Serves: 2

Directions
- Add berries, nuts, cucumber, avocado and mozzarella to spinach.
- Toss lightly with olive oil mixture.
